Introducing Alisha Arcaria from Country Financial Insurance
Where did you grow up? How long have you lived in the area? Tell us about your family
I consider myself an Arizona Native. I have lived in the East Valley since junior high, and went to high school and college here in AZ. My younger years were spent in Iowa which is where I was born and then I spent 7 years in England while my dad served in the military as a firefighter. I have two amazing sons and have loved being a boy mom/baseball mom. I recently got married and now have a blended family with an awesome husband. We spend our free time at baseball, soccer, and volleyball games.
Tell us about the events that led up to where you are now.
I have always loved helping others and protecting what's important to them. My degree is in business and marketing and my passion is marketing and events! I started my insurance career over 20 years ago when I first got licensed. I took a break from the insurance industry to pursue other dreams and recently got back into insurance about two years ago.
What is your business?
My business is Country Financial Insurance. I have my own agency in the East Valley. We specialize in home, auto, business, life, and retirement.
What is unique about your business?
We are only in 19 states and that allows us to remain competitive in the market. We aren't in any of the high claim states and our rates are based on the states we do business in. We are ranked #1 for life insurance in the U.S. on Forbes' World's Best Insurance Companies 2024 list! We placed seventh in the U.S. for auto insurance and eighth for homeowners' insurance.
