Elco Tech Electric, Heating, Air & Plumbing

Built on hard work, trust, and relationships that last

Building Trust the Right Way

Trust is easy to talk about. In the home services industry, it’s much harder to build.

Every homeowner has experienced some version of the same situation: the air conditioning stops working in the middle of summer, the heat suddenly disappears during a cold stretch, or a system simply isn’t performing the way it should. A home that normally feels comfortable suddenly becomes stressful.

And in those moments, people are often asked to make quick decisions—sometimes without complete clarity, and often before the work has even begun.

For Behrouz Mostafavi, that moment has always mattered. When he founded Elco Tech in 2010, he built the company around a simple philosophy: customers should feel confident in the process from the very beginning. No pressure. No hidden fees. Just honest work, clear communication, and a commitment to getting the job done properly.

That approach has helped Elco Tech quietly build long-term relationships with homeowners and businesses across the Atlanta area for the last fifteen years.

From Tehran to Atlanta

Behrouz’s path to building Elco Tech began long before the company itself. Born and raised in Tehran, Iran, he came to the United States in 2001 and began building a new life and career from the ground up. Shortly after arriving, he entered the electrical industry and later worked for one of Atlanta’s largest union electrical companies, Inglett & Stubbs, where he gained extensive experience in commercial and industrial electrical work.

Over the years, he continued expanding both his technical knowledge and hands-on expertise, earning an Electrical Diploma and completing HVAC college training while building extensive field experience across electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.

Family has also remained central to the business from the beginning. Behrouz and his wife are proud parents of three children and grandparents to three grandchildren, and he describes family as one of the greatest inspirations in his life. That same mindset carries into how Elco Tech operates today—as a family-oriented, owner-led company built around trust, accountability, and long-term relationships.

Experience That Goes Beyond the Basics

Based in Marietta and serving neighborhoods throughout metro Atlanta—including Midtown, Buckhead, and surrounding communities—Elco Tech has built its reputation steadily rather than aggressively.

The company has expanded far beyond standard residential service calls to include custom homes, new construction projects, commercial work, complete system installations, electrical upgrades, plumbing services, and energy-efficient solutions tailored to the needs of each property.

That range of experience matters because every property is different. Some homes need efficiency upgrades. Others require entirely new systems designed around the layout and demands of the space itself. In higher-end homes especially, comfort is rarely about a single repair—it’s about how the entire system performs together over time.

That’s where experience shows up. Not just in fixing the immediate issue, but in understanding airflow, efficiency, electrical integration, and long-term performance before problems develop later.

It may not always be the fastest approach—but it’s often the one that prevents the second call.

Accountability Built Into the Process

What also separates Elco Tech is the accountability built into the process itself. There are no upfront charges. No hidden fees. Payment comes after the work is completed.

While that may sound simple, it creates a very different relationship between company and customer. There’s no incentive to rush through a job or leave details unfinished. The work has to meet the standard first. And over time, that consistency becomes reputation.

Several customers now rely on Elco Tech for both their businesses and their homes—something that only happens when trust is built steadily over years of dependable service. One longtime client shared that they were “still very happy” three years after Elco Tech installed their system, while another described the company as “a life saver” for both office and home needs.

Those kinds of relationships are not built overnight. They come from showing up consistently, communicating clearly, and standing behind the work once the job is complete.

A Reputation That Lasts

In a neighborhood like Ansley Park, reputation matters. People don’t simply look for services—they look for names they recognize. Companies neighbors have used. Businesses that feel familiar before the need ever arises.

That trust builds gradually.
A recommendation from a friend.
A company someone has heard about before.
A name that continues to surface for the right reasons.

Elco Tech has built its business in much the same way—quietly, steadily, and through relationships that continue long after the initial service call.

At its core, Elco Tech reflects something increasingly rare: a business built around earning trust first. And in a community where reputation carries weight, that difference lasts.
