Small Stature, Big Personality- Violet Steals the Show

Good things really do come in small packages! Violet is a nine-month-old Italian Greyhound who is as sweet as she is precious.
Siobhan and Mae knew they wanted an Italian Greyhound, and when the breeder sent them a photo of all the newborn puppies, they immediately knew Violet was the one. She stood out from the other puppies with her unique coloring and spots. They named her Violet after the beautiful flower of the same name.
Violet loves to curl up and snuggle, but she is also very playful and full of energy! She zooms all over the house and yard as though she were spring-loaded. She loves everyone in her "pack" and even knows Siobhan and Mae's closest friends and family members by name. She gets especially excited when she hears that "Gammy" is coming over for a visit. Violet also loves kitty cats - just the words "kitty cat" cause her to perk up and search the yard for the cats that frequently wander over.
Violet is very smart with a wonderful sense of direction and can always lead the way back to her house while on a walk. She also seems to know when Mae and Siobhan are heading home, which they think is the cutest. She knows all her commands: sit, stay, free (when it's meal time), spin, and fetch. She loves to play with toys and almost always chooses the flamingo over all the others.
Her favorite activities include sunbathing on the porch lounger, walking at Daffin and Forsyth parks, and walking to Gammy's house. She also loves hanging out in Habersham Village and walking around Ardsley with her BFF, Shiba. Shiba was Violet's first friend and is a giant Lab-Pointer mix, so the two of them make quite the comical pair. At about 9 pounds, Violet is always looking for playmates her size, so if you see her out and about - don't hesitate to say hello and set up a playdate!
