Why a cafe? Russ Goeken explains, "As Ardsley Park residents, we've watched our adjacent Starland District swell with new businesses over the recent years. While this has been wonderful for Ardsley Park residents, we realized that there really wasn't a cafe space offering the elevated quick grab dining options or a neighborhood place to enjoy a great cup of coffee.” Café Taureau aims to fill that gap.
