Mini Honey Puff Pastry Brie Bites!

Ingredients:
- 8 Mini Brie Cheese Rounds
- 1 Puff Pastry Sheet
- Honey
- 1 egg
- Chives (to Taste)
Directions:
- Roll out puff pastry to about 1.5 times its size
- Cut 8 equally sized circles
- Add Parchment Paper to a sheet plan and add 8 small dollops of honey
- Score the Brie cheese wheels and place them on top of the honey
- Wrap the puff pastry over the brie as tightly as possible
- Pinch edges with a fork
- Brush with Egg and Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes
- Top with more honey and ENJOY!
