A Recent Study by The American Heart Association found an increase in death from cardiac conditions over the holiday season. The reason for this increase could be for many reasons including increased respiratory disease, emotional distress, changes in diet and alcohol consumption and delaying medical care. Protect yourself! Know when to get emergency care!
WHEN TO CALL 911
* Uncomfortable pressure, fullness, squeezing, or pain in the center of the chest.
* Pain that spreads to the shoulders, neck, jaw, arms or back.
* Shortness of breath
* Abnormal chest pain, stomach or abdominal pain
* Nausea and dizziness
* Unexplained anxiety, weakness or fatigue
* Palpitations, cold sweat or paleness
