The Gomez family is a testament to dedication, excellence, and the profound joy found in family and work. Andrés, Tatiana, and their two young sons, Mateo and Lucas, embody the essence of a life well-lived, driven by purpose and grounded in faith. 

The Gomez family story began three decades ago in Colombia, where two kids met in church. What started as youthful affection blossomed into a deep conviction that they were destined to share a life together, building a future centered on faith and family. Three decades ago, Andrés ventured to the United States, brimming with ambition and the dreams of many who seek a better life. Soon after, Tatiana joined him, and together they embarked on the journey of making a beautiful family, brick by brick, sacrifice by sacrifice. Both engineers by trade, they dedicated over 15 years to the oil and gas industry, mastering the art of production and performance. 

Their emphasis on precision and excellence shaped their professional identities. However, the turbulence of the pandemic brought monumental changes, welcoming Lucas into their family and setting off an internal transformation for both parents. During this time of upheaval, clarity emerged: their most significant endeavor wasn’t reflected on a corporate blueprint but was embodied in their two sons. They recognized that their foremost responsibility lay in nurturing Mateo and Lucas, just as their own parents had done in Colombia. 

Education has always been a pillar in the Gomez household.  Andrés studied Computer Science, earning his degree from the University of Florida. His academic foundation shaped his analytical thinking, discipline, and technical precision, qualities that continue to guide his leadership in business and operations today.  But his drive did not stop there.  In addition to engineering, Andrés pursued aviation and earned his pilot certification through ATP Flight School at Centennial Airport.

Tatiana is an Industrial Engineer with an MBA in Global Management, completing her engineering degree in Colombia before moving to the United States. When she arrived, her professional journey required courage and reinvention.

Before building a long career in the oil and gas industry, she went through the demanding process of reevaluating and validating her credentials in the United States. With support from Casper College and guidance connected to the University of Wyoming, she worked through the immigration and credential evaluation process to continue advancing professionally.

As the world shifted around them, so too did the Gomez family. With a renewed vision, Andrés and Tatiana launched “360 Coating Solutions”, marking a new chapter aligned with their values and priorities. Under Andrés’ leadership, the company has garnered respect in the local construction community, collaborating with reputable builders like Toll Brothers and Aspen View Homes. His commitment to ensuring that each project reflects excellence and integrity is unmatched. Steady and disciplined, Andrés leads production teams with a focus on quality and trustworthiness. 

Tatiana, on the other hand, found her calling in a more personal venture. Drawing from her engineering background, she established “360 Painting and Wall Design”, not merely a painting service, but a design-driven brand that redefines spaces. With great care, she transforms homes, going beyond aesthetics to instill a sense of warmth and belonging. From her home office, Tatiana invites clients into a world of imagination, showcasing the potential of their spaces. Her unique ability to visualize and create allows her to stand out in the competitive Colorado real estate market, earning her a trusted reputation in the Backcountry community. For Tatiana, the heart of her work lies not in financial gain but in the joy of making others happy. Her motivation is making people happy, she affirms. Her greatest satisfaction comes from witnessing clients step into their reimagined homes, greeted by smiles of delight. For her, a smile is the most powerful and inexpensive outfit anyone can wear, and she champions this ethos daily, regardless of the challenges that may arise. 

For the Gomez family, life is a tapestry woven with ambition and resilience, marked by intense schedules and commitments. The boys are driven, with 10-year-old Mateo already competing in the USTA 14s, pushing boundaries both on and off the court. His impressive mathematics prowess, placing him in the 94th percentile statewide, complements his athletic discipline—excellence is simply a habit for Mateo. As the younger brother, Lucas, only 5, aspires to mirror his sibling’s achievements, showcasing a competitive spirit that often surprises adults. In a delightful anecdote, Tatiana shares that Lucas grasped tennis scoring before he learned how to spell his name, demonstrating that the seeds of discipline have been sown early on. 

The boys witness firsthand the importance of hard work and commitment through their parents, who exemplify resilience and consistency daily, both on the court and in their professional pursuits. Yet even in their active lifestyles, the Gomez family makes time to pause and nurture their unity. Sundays are sacred in their home. With big breakfasts prepared by Andrés, phones set aside, and time dedicated to family, they relish in the simplicity of shared moments, including fun movie nights filled with laughter and connection. 

Tatiana leads her team with the same philosophy she employs at home: with firm respect and gratitude. Her leadership style is rooted in kindness, emphasizing the importance of treating her employees like family. Beyond technical skills, she instills a positive mindset, championing values such as gratitude, kindness, and warmth. Her humility and commitment to fostering a supportive community have built a solid foundation of trust within the Backcountry area, a community she cherishes dearly. Playfully describing her life as living in a “perfect bubble,” Tatiana expresses contentment in being surrounded by respected clients and a loyal team. Andrés echoes this admiration, noting how Tatiana leads with heart, a quality that resonates in every aspect of their lives.
