Since assuming leadership of High Plains Engineering in 2021, Chris has focused on driving the company forward with his expertise in structural design, forensic investigations, and engineering analysis. Kristen complements Chris’s technical skills with her extensive background in health sciences. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a Master’s degree in Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies, she began her career at the prestigious Johns Hopkins Hospital. In 2012, the couple relocated to Colorado, where they embraced the opportunity to balance their growing careers along with family life while laying the groundwork for their own business. Today, Kristen plays a critical role in managing essential operational elements of High Plains Engineering, including human resources, finance, and marketing, which allows Chris to concentrate on the technical aspects of the firm.
