The Callahan family exemplifies the spirit of community and the joys of family life. With a vibrant narrative that spans from the East Coast to the Rocky Mountains, Pam Callihan, her son and daughter-in-law, James and Camryn Callahan, and Pam’s younger son, Jesse, have created a loving home filled with laughter, adventure, and commitment to their passions 

Pam’s entrepreneurial journey began in 1999 when she opened her first Physicians Weight Loss Center. Since then, she has expanded her footprint, launching nine additional centers across South Florida, Orlando, and locally in Highlands Ranch. In 2024, she ventured to establish a franchise called Healthy Weight Loss 4 U in Lighthouse Point, Florida. Her dedication to promoting health and wellness resonates deeply with the values of the community. 

At just 24, James Callahan has already made quite a mark in business and family life. A graduate of Valor Christian High School and Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, James is not only known for his outgoing personality but also for his entrepreneurial spirit. Juggling a successful business while being a devoted husband and an amazing father to his 10-month-old daughter, Colbie Rae, James embodies the balance of work and home life. 

Camryn Grace, also 24, graduated from Grand Canyon University with a major in Psychology. She has seamlessly transitioned into her roles as a loving wife and nurturing mother. With interests ranging from snowboarding and yoga to pilates and hiking, Camryn's lively spirit adds richness to their family dynamic. 

Frequent family outings into the mountains and engaging in outdoor activities highlight their love for nature and the beautiful Colorado landscape they now call home. Pam has lived in our BackCountry neighborhood since 2013, although originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Her son, James, was born in Coral Springs, Florida, while Pam was expanding her business, Physicians Weight Loss Center and Healthy Weight Loss 4U. James and Camryn now share living in the breathtaking scenery of Highlands Ranch, where their daughter, Colbie Rae, was born.  The family’s commitment to an active lifestyle is evident, as they embrace all that the Colorado outdoors has to offer. 

Jesse Callahan also shares a commendable journey. A graduate of Grand Canyon University with honors in Entrepreneurship, Jesse is a multifaceted entrepreneur himself. He operates a Sneaker boutique in Fort Myers, Florida, and runs a thriving Amazon business that offers thousands of products. Jesse's wife, currently a stay-at-home mother, has her sights set on a career in teaching, showcasing the family’s emphasis on education and personal growth. 

The Callahan family cherishes their traditions, often gathering with relatives for large meals and celebrations that bring everyone together. Their love for travel underscores their commitment to family bonds, as they actively visit relatives who don’t reside in Colorado. Among their favorite local activities are feeding horses at the nearby mansion, enjoying meals at Smokin' Fins, Torchys, and Sweet Greens, and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere of live bands at local venues. Connected to the community in every way, the Callahans actively participate in their local churches, Cherry Hills Community and Mission Hills, nurturing their spiritual growth and fostering relationships with fellow parishioners. Their sense of community shines through at neighborhood events, such as Jesse's graduation party, which resonated deeply with family and friends who came together to celebrate.
