Founded by Dr. Mona Henri in 2007, VIP Eye Care was created to offer something beyond the standard corporate optometry model. Dr. Henri envisioned a place where eye exams weren’t rushed, where patients received in-depth, thorough evaluations, and where the eyewear reflected global quality and style—carefully fitted by expert opticians.

With over 33 years of experience, Dr. Henri continues to guide her practice with the same drive and passion. Under her leadership, VIP Eye Care has become a trusted name, offering patients an exceptional optical experience for years to come.

Dr. Vourvopoulos began her journey at VIP Eye Care as an optometric technician, ultimately becoming an optometrist herself—a path inspired and supported by Dr. Henri. She earned clinical honors and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Illinois College of Optometry.

With a heart for service, she has participated in AmeriCorps and international medical missions. Today, she provides primary eye care and specializes in contact lens fittings, including specialty lenses, at the very practice where her career began.

As the current President of the Pinellas Optometric Association, Dr. Lambert brings both leadership and clinical excellence to VIP Eye Care. He completed his studies at St. Louis College of Optometry and his residency at the Bay Pines VA hospital.

After several years in corporate optometry, Dr. Lambert joined VIP Eye Care to focus on what he does best: primary eye care and specialty lenses, including scleral lens fittings and myopia management. He’s deeply committed to giving back through vision screenings with the Special Olympics, the Glazer Vision Foundation, and serves on the board for The Lighthouse of Pinellas.
