Maximum Health Life LLC - For Maxwell Palmer, Health Coverage Is Personal
Rooted in Tampa Bay with his wife and four kids, Maxwell Palmer, owner of Maximum Health Life LLC, has seen firsthand how quickly health needs can change. He guides neighbors with clear, caring options so families can feel secure no matter what life brings.
Maxwell runs Maximum Health Life LLC right here in Tampa Bay, helping neighbors and folks across the country find coverage that actually fits their lives. After more than 35 years in Florida (by way of Ohio), he knows the community, its pace, and its people. He grew up in Seminole, attended local schools, and now lives in Pine Brooke Estates with his wife Ashley, their energetic seven-year-old son Mordecai, and three wonderful daughters, ages 14, 18, and 21.
Life doesn’t send calendar invites for the big surprises. One day you’re starting a new job, the next you realize your health coverage won’t start for 90 days. Or maybe you’ve just retired—too young for Medicare but without insurance from your old employer. Sometimes you’re launching a dream business and want to offer benefits that attract great people. In moments like these, the right insurance broker isn’t just helpful—it’s essential.
That’s where Maxwell Palmer comes in.
Maximum Health Life LLC partners with Best Insurance Group, a trusted company with over 25 years in business and with the 2024 & 2025 Tampa Bay Times People’s Choice Best of the Best award for insurance under its belt. This partnership allows Maxwell to help his clients with ACA and also commercial/private insurance plans across multiple carriers and networks.
Before insurance, Maxwell spent over a decade selling IT software and services through multiple vendors. The work gave him deep experience in comparing complex products, understanding client needs, and finding the right fit—skills he now uses to match clients with top insurance providers like Aetna, AFLAC, Cigna, Allstate, Mutual of Omaha, UnitedHealthcare, and ACA marketplace plans.
For Maxwell, this work is personal. Both of his parents had bypass surgeries, and his father later suffered a stroke. He’s seen what happens when medical care becomes urgent—and how critical it is to have the right coverage in place before you need it. His mission is simple: give people clear information, real options, and the confidence to choose the plan that’s right for them.
When he’s not helping clients, Maxwell is all about family—whether that’s playing with Mordecai or spending time with his daughters. This year, their plans include family trips to Illinois and Ohio to visit loved ones. Keep an eye out for the Palmers and say hello as you may see them around town at farmers markets and community events.
