He spent more than a decade working hands-on in property restoration, learning every stage of the process from emergency response to full rebuilds. His experience helps guide projects efficiently and thoughtfully.

Josh Mitchell entered the construction field straight out of high school while attending Lorain County Community College. Inspired by his father and the work ethic of the trades, he later earned a Construction Management degree from Kent State University. After twelve years with The Whiting-Turner Construction Company, Josh returned to Northeast Ohio to help launch ETF Restoration.

Together, the three owners share a belief that restoration work is about more than repairs. It is about people, trust, and doing the job the right way.
