Tom and Grayson
Sunny, Grayson & Tom
Young Love, New Beginnings, and Life by the Water
In the heart of Belleair, where coastal charm meets an effortless sense of community, Grayson Emory and Thomas Broders are building a life rooted in connection, adventure, and intention. Newly engaged and recently settled into their home in Belleair, the couple embodies the spirit of a new generation drawn to the area’s relaxed elegance and timeless appeal.
Though both originally from different parts of the country—Tom from Palatine, Illinois, and Grayson from Emerald Isle, North Carolina—their shared vision brought them to Florida’s Gulf Coast. “We always wanted to live somewhere warm,” they explain. “We love being on the water, fishing, and spending time outdoors.” After exploring the area with local realtor McKenzie Metts, Belleair quickly stood out as the perfect fit—a place where lifestyle and community seamlessly intertwine.
Their story, much like their move, began with a leap of faith. What started as an Instagram message turned into a whirlwind introduction, with their first date taking place at a formal gala in Dallas. From that moment on, their connection was undeniable. Today, that same spontaneity and joy continue to shape their life together.
Professionally, Tom is a part-owner and one of the founding members of Good Good Golf, a globally recognized brand that creates engaging golf content while traveling the world. His entrepreneurial ventures also include partnerships with Greenside Cigars and Nukes Nicotine Pouches, which are sold at Belleair Market.
Grayson, a Magna Cum Laude graduate in Communications, brings her own creative energy to their home life, with a passion for hosting, design, and creating meaningful experiences for family and friends.
At home, the couple is joined by their beloved three-year-old mini Bernedoodle, Sunny, who is very much part of the family. Whether it’s sunset walks to the bluff, golf cart rides through the neighborhood, or days spent boating and exploring nearby islands, Sunny is always along for the adventure.
Life in Belleair has quickly become defined by simple pleasures and shared routines. Date nights at local favorites like Cristino’s Coal Oven Pizza—complete with gelato—morning breakfasts at Maggie Mae’s, and spontaneous afternoons at the pickleball courts have become staples. Grayson also enjoys visiting Marcotte’s Design, where she finds inspiration for creating a warm and inviting home, while Tom frequents Belleair Market and Bluffs Tackle Shop for essentials.
Their favorite memory so far reflects the heart of what drew them here: community. Before they had even fully moved in, family and friends gathered to celebrate Mother’s Day in their new home—furniture still absent, but laughter and connection filling the space. “Everyone just wanted to see where we were starting this new chapter,” they recall. “We spent the weekend exploring, trying new places, and watching sports in lawn chairs. It felt incredibly special.”
That sense of belonging continues to shape their daily life. Whether attending holiday parades, spending time with neighbors and their children, or simply enjoying an evening at the bluff, the couple has embraced the rhythms of the neighborhood. Looking ahead, they are especially excited about the future—building traditions, hosting holidays, and eventually raising a family in a place they already cherish.
Beyond their personal life, Grayson and Tom are deeply committed to giving back. Through Tom’s work, they actively support organizations such as Folds of Honor and Play Yellow, honoring military families and supporting youth initiatives. Their faith also plays a central role in their lives, grounding them and guiding their journey.
For this couple, Belleair represents more than just a beautiful place to live—it is the foundation for a life filled with purpose, connection, and possibility. As they begin this next chapter together, one thing is certain: they have found not just a home, but a community where their story can continue to unfold.
