Lemon Berrymisu

Ingredients
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 powdered sugar
8-ounce container of mascarpone cheese
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 package of Lady Fingers
6 tablespoons of Limoncello or thawed frozen lemonade
6 ounces each of blackberries, blueberries and strawberries and raspberries
Directions
1) Rinse and dry fruit and gently mix. Set aside
2) Whip heavy whipping cream, sugar, mascarpone and lemon zest in a mixer until soft peaks form.
3) Lay 1/2 of the lady fingers in a serving dish OR a 1/3 if using a trifle bowl. Brush the tops of the lady fingers with limoncello or thawed lemonade.
4) Dollop and spread 1/2 or a 1/3 (depending on your serving dish) of the whipping cream mixture over the lady fingers.
5) Sprinkle 1/2 or 1/3 of the mixed berries over the whipped cream mixture.
6) Repeat above layers. Can garnish with a little mint on top
