August Luau Throwback and Community Appreciation
On a lovely August afternoon, Kindergarten Village had their annual Luau Cookout. This year was bigger and better than ever. A special Thank You to The Hummingbirds Duet for coming from out of state to provide the live music and Carolina Wildlife and Pest for sponsoring the food. Scout Troop 732 provided their grill for cooking and young helpers for set up and cleanup. KV’s very own Sign Gypsies donated the amazing photo opp. Lieutenant Butero of Davie County Sheriff’s Office brought the best gifts for all the kids and our amazing community volunteers provided face painting, body art and crafts. The party continued into the night with a kids Glow Dance Party (my ears are still ringing)!
We want to thank our HOA and volunteers who helped us set up and break down the day of the party. Your help is invaluable. Also, a special thank you to the Kinderton Planning Committee, who without your tireless work, events like this would not be possible.
