Her latest venture, Asheville Culinary Concierge, caters to visitors who want an unforgettable vacation dining experience without lifting a spatula. Think luxury vacation rentals with locally sourced, chef-prepared meals waiting for you after a day of mountain adventures.

Following Helene, the Fiores (Katie and her husband, Kirk, who is also a chef) launched their Gift-a-Meal Program, enabling neighbors to purchase and donate meals to local families experiencing hardship. For every 10 meals purchased, the company donates one. “The response was incredible,” says Katie. “We’re hoping to revive it soon in partnership with Meals on Wheels or MANNA FoodBank.”

The Fiores have called the Biltmore Park community home for over a decade. Their two children attended Estes, Koontz, Valley Springs and TC Roberson schools, and now, as new empty nesters, Katie and Kirk are soaking up this next season of life. “We’re so thankful for this community,” Katie says. “Biltmore Park was the perfect place to raise our kids. It gave them the same freedom we had growing up, walking to school, the movies or the park. It’s home.”
