THE JUBILEE JOURNEY

Balancing Family Values and Business Innovation with Purpose

DECK:
From building deep community roots to launching a thriving event and marketing agency, Andra Craven’s journey exemplifies how authentic values and a commitment to empowering women drive both business success and personal fulfillment.

In a cozy corner of Bridlewood, where neighbors genuinely care for one another and small-town values thrive, Andra Craven has built not just a home but a life deeply woven into the fabric of Flower Mound. Her story begins in this very community where she grew up and eventually returned to raise her own family—coming full circle in a journey marked by faith, entrepreneurship, and a mission to uplift others.

ROOTS RUN DEEP

For Andra, Flower Mound isn't just another Dallas suburb—it's home in the truest sense. Her family moved from Duncan, Oklahoma, when she was just seven years old, and aside from her college years at Texas Tech University and a decade of city life in downtown Dallas, this community has always been her anchor. In 2010, while watching the U.S. Hockey Team compete in the Olympics with a group of friends, Andra met her husband, Tom. Months later, they reconnected when he approached her at Eddie V’s to ask her out on a date—marking the beginning of a meaningful new chapter in their lives together.

The couple married in 2012 and made the intentional decision to settle in Bridlewood in 2011, recognizing that Flower Mound offered everything they wanted for their future family. Today, that family includes their daughter Caroline (10), son Colton (9), nephew Bryan (20), whom they helped raise, and their 12-year-old Shih Tzu, Bella, who "definitely identifies as human and has a personality to match!"

“My favorite thing about living in Flower Mound is the deep sense of community and the way faith and local support shape everyday life here. The strong network of local businesses genuinely lifts each other up, creating an environment where collaboration and growth flourish. It's this spirit of unity and mutual support that makes Flower Mound feel like home.”

A CAREER TRANSFORMATION

Andra's professional journey began unexpectedly when a childhood friend introduced her to a company specializing in global event planning shortly after college graduation. What started as a job became a 20-year career planning high-profile events around the world. However, despite her success, Andra felt called to create something that would allow her to honor both her professional talents and her commitment to family.

In 2023, this vision materialized as Jubilee Creative Group—an event planning and marketing agency launched within the wine industry. Since then, Jubilee has been blessed to grow into other industries, curating elevated, signature experiences that reflect both sophistication and purpose.

The name Jubilee carries significant meaning for Andra. It represents joy, liberation, and transformation—values that reflect her belief in the power of personal renewal and the importance of creating spaces where women are encouraged to embrace their full potential. These values became deeply personal to her at age 47 when she finally embraced her self-worth after years of personal growth.

“I believe women are designed to live authentically, with grace, and to thrive both personally and professionally,” Andra explains, describing the philosophy that guides her business.
Jubilee Creative Group offers comprehensive services, including incentive programs, corporate gifting, elite experiences, meeting management, event enhancements, and event marketing and branding—all delivered with a commitment to excellence and innovation.

EMPOWERING WOMEN

What truly distinguishes Jubilee Creative Group is its dedication to creating an environment where women can flourish both personally and professionally. Inspired by her time in a corporate setting, which highlighted the need for stronger support in work-life integration, Andra set out to build something different—an environment where women could thrive with authenticity, balance, and purpose at the core.

“I've learned that entrepreneurship doesn't have to be a lonely journey,” she reflects. “When women come together to support one another, incredible things happen.”

This philosophy extends beyond business operations into social impact. Andra shares that a portion of Jubilee's profits will be reinvested into Jubilee’s nonprofit organization focused on helping women on their healing journeys—providing mentorship, leadership training, and resources that empower women to create lasting change in themselves and their communities.

“At 47, I finally found my self-worth and started truly loving myself—something that took years to fully embrace. I've learned that it's never too late for redemption, restoration, and freedom.”

FAMILY FIRST

While building a successful business, Andra remains deeply grounded in what matters most—her family. Her love for them is woven into every aspect of her life and work, serving as a daily reminder of the values that guide her both professionally and personally. She speaks warmly of her daughter Caroline's passion for sports (select softball, volleyball, and basketball), her son Colton's thoughtful nature and creativity (including writing his own books and playing golf), and her nephew Bryan's determination to succeed, not just in business but in character as he pursues his studies at Texas Tech University.

Andra’s support system is rooted in strong family ties that stretch across Flower Mound. Her mother, Linda—lovingly known as “LuLu”—along with her brother Brett, sister-in-law Stephanie, and their children, Declan and Lyric, all play a meaningful role in the close-knit network that makes this community feel like family.
