As you may of heard, in these last 6 months we’ve made great strides in restoring the beauty and value of our community. We’re proud to share that we are currently seeking bids to revamp our neighborhood entrances with a focus on smart, sustainable landscaping—designed to conserve water in line with the city’s water-wise initiatives while enhancing curb appeal and community pride. 

        Your ongoing support and involvement are what make this neighborhood a strong, safe, and welcoming place to live. As It’s often said, “it takes a village,” and I believe that every hand makes a difference. By working together, we will continue to protect our property values and maintain the quality of life we all cherish.
