Erika Herman, a University of North Texas graduate with a degree in entrepreneurship, launched her career immediately following graduation by becoming a ChemDry franchisee—the world’s leading carpet and surface cleaning company. As Vice President and CFO, Erika oversees finance, HR, and marketing, while her husband Randy, President, manages sales, training, and technical operations. Their son Trent has been involved in the business since childhood, making it a true family-owned and operated business. Erika and Randy share a passion for travel, having met on a ChemDry Caribbean cruise and later marrying in Hawaii in 2004. They continue to explore the world together, but also love wake surfing on Lake Ray Hubbard, traveling the area on their Indian motorcycles, and attending local theatre and musicals. On weekends, you’ll often find them in the Rockwall Square enjoying the Farmers Market, live music, or dining at local favorites like Downing Bottles and Bites and Fable and Fire.
