Native Arizonan Brian Williams didn't start his construction and consulting company on a whim. After a 17-year career in construction management with a large firm, he had grown tired of the constant travel and a hectic schedule. He decided to leverage his extensive experience to create something more manageable—a family-owned and -operated construction and consulting firm that would allow him to continue doing what he loved on his own terms.

Born and raised in Miami, Arizona, he moved to the Valley after high school and built his career in construction.
