Chateau Elan Resident Rotarians Host Families in Need at Annual Christmas Party

Many of the Rotarian Helpers

Every year since 2003, the Braselton Rotary celebrates the season of Christmas with a children’s Christmas party for local families in need. This event and many other Rotary endeavors are funded by the annual Rotary Reverse Raffle fall fundraiser that is supported by so many of our gracious Chateau Elan residents.

Rotarians, friends, family members, and co-workers helped purchase toys and clothing for 57 children from 19 families in the local area who were in need. The event was held at Free Chapel church in Braselton and included food, crafts, face painting, magic, and photos with Santa. The Mill Creek High School Interact Club joined the fun and helped with the crafts.

Our members and supporters make a difference in their community and the world with their personal investments of time and effort – they truly are business people with hearts for service. Chateau Elan residents who are a part of the Braselton Rotary include Ed Walls, Jim Joedecke, Tony Funari, Hardy Johnson, Leigh Ann Paugh, Sue Wyatt, Larry Monroe, Dr. Rekha Desai, Jim Bevis, Stacy Lacy, Mike McGarity, Theresa Huss, Dennis Still, Michael Athanas, Lee Bryan & Jim Edwards.
