The Chateau Elan Military Support Foundation held their 4th Annual Charity Golf Tournament on Tuesday, April 25th, at The Legends Golf Club in Chateau Elan. This year, the tournament included 120 total players from the community and sponsors. The event raised nearly $20,000 this year thanks to our sponsors and team participation. In addition to a competitive day of golf and the opportunity to “beat the pro”, the event started with the presentation of colors and singing of the national anthem by resident Diana Smith.

The Chateau Elan Military Support Foundation is a 501 c3 that supports local military veterans and families within the North Georgia region with financial assistance, food, clothing housing, and mental illness support. The foundation supports veterans through a collaborative network of other non-profit organizations in the area, including The PTSD Foundation and Barrow County Veterans Resource Center in Winder.

The Foundation invites everyone to participate in our 4th Annual Cars of Chateau event on October 8th at The Chateau Elan Winery and Resort. This event draws over 2,000 car enthusiasts from around the Atlanta area and North Georgia and offers you an opportunity to see some amazing cars, enjoy live music, and partake in some great food and wine.
