The Magical Night of Christmas in the Village

Collected 100+ Toys for Toys for Tots

For the third year in a row, Village residents opened their hearts and homes, adding joy to the season by bringing The Magical Night of Christmas in The Village to life. While there were some sprinkles of rain, residents didn't let it dampen this magical event.

Parents and kids alike were all smiles as they patiently waited to see Santa at Wayne and Patti Curtis' home. Folks watched in awe at the live nativity scene as they sang beautiful Christmas songs at JT and Cynthia McWilliams' home. David and Gail Burleson served yummy Christmas cookies under an adorable Christmas cookie arbor.

Several other residents provided fun activities at their homes. Sandy Jones gave out Christmas necklaces and Cynthia McKinney's reindeer headbands were a hit. Cute Christmas-themed slap bracelets were a darling treats from Gary and Kathy Johnson. Precious Christmas bracelets were handed out at Russell Maltbie's home. Neighbors also played a candy guessing game with prizes provided by Kathy Jones, Bill, and Belinda Schaefer.

Additionally, "Whoville" was back at Shelly Sexton's house and was as cute as ever. Kevin and Larissa Avery set up a reindeer food stand. The Village homes were beautifully decorated and bright that night. The Christmas scenes and characters of the season added to the fun!

Steve and Tammy Gracek collected and coordinated the pickup for more than 100 toys that were donated to Toys for Tots.

A big thank you to all the individual Village homeowners that donated their time, talent, and funds to bring so much joy to the faces of many. We hope everyone who participated enjoyed the festivities and experienced the Magic of the Christmas Season!
