Both my parents served in the United States Army. Alicia’s dad also served in the Army.

As a veteran, could you share some of your background? (rank, service, where you were stationed or deployed, what countries have you lived in? etc.)
Lieutenant Commander stationed at naval hospital Camp Lejeune and deployed with a forward resuscitative surgical system (FRSS) to Spain, Italy, and Greece as the surgical support for a Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force (SP-MAGTF) running missions out of Northern Africa.

My favorite experience was being in the Navy but being stationed at a Marine Corps base. This required me to know both rank structures, wear both USN and USMC uniforms, and meet both physical fitness regulations. Oorah!
