Hello, Coldstream!

Summer is in full swing, and our July issue is packed with stories that celebrate the deep roots and bright futures of our community. This issue is the perfect example of why I decided to bring this magazine back to Coldstream—to share our stories, connect neighbors throughout Anderson, and support causes that change lives.

On our cover, I am thrilled to introduce you to the McKinney/Wuebold family. Getting to know our neighbors is the heartbeat of this magazine, and I know you’ll love giving them a warm Coldstream welcome. We are also honoring America’s upcoming 250th anniversary by spotlighting Anderson resident Daniel Wolfangel. His dedication to our community and country is a perfect reflection of the patriotic spirit we all share this time of year.

Giving Back: Raise the Roof

Community means showing up for one another. This month, we are highlighting the SEM Food Pantry. To support their vital work, I’ve launched the "Raise the Roof" campaign. From now until August 30th, 20% of the proceeds from any new Preferred Business Partnerships will go directly to the pantry to fund needed facility repairs. If you or a business you know would like to connect with our neighborhood while backing an incredible cause, please reach out! Together, we can hit our $5,000 goal.
