As a wife and mother of four, BreeAnna has been living here in Covenant Hills for almost two years now. She knows the struggle to find time for yourself when balancing a career and family life. Her goal is to help you feel empowered through healthy, sustainable habits. When you love your program and you feel satisfied and strong, you’ll stick to it! Her mission is to help women feel empowered through sustainable health habits, whether they’re working toward fitness goals or simply looking to live healthier lives.

After years of experience with thousands of clients she found the need for a sustainable approach to women's wellness. Too many women were frustrated with "quick fix diets" and over-the-top extreme workout structures as their only options to be "healthy".  She wanted to be a holistic personal trainer that not only focused on the physical health but wanted to address the mental side of fitness as well. Bree has carefully crafted training programs that support and train all aspects of women's health - movement, nutrition, and mindset. Inspired by the community she serves, her education extends far past the basic fitness routines and includes proven methods to retrain habits and behavior systems and reinforce sustainable healthy lifestyle practices. She incorporates behavioral change, mindfulness and meditation so her clients can focus on transforming from the inside out and thus the results last a lifetime.


Making Wellness Accessible
Bree also trains online trainers how to do what she does and has received the most innovative fitness trainer award out of 250,000 trainers around the world and has trained over 5,000 women worldwide. She has been featured in Business Insider on the gold standard for Online Personal Trainers and has also been awarded Most Client Results by Trainerize and "This years most innovative trainer" by FITTECr and is also an iFIT trainer for NordicTrack . 
Bree understands the balancing act women face—juggling family, work, and personal time—and provides them with the tools and knowledge to prioritize themselves without guilt. "The goal is to help you become the healthiest version of yourself while living a life you actually enjoy," Bree says.Through her business, Body by Bree, Bree has created a comprehensive suite of resources, including her top-rated podcast, Better Me with BodybyBree, a line of organic supplements, macro-friendly cookbooks for families, and training courses for aspiring fitness professionals. 

Transforming Lives Through Mindset
One of Bree’s favorite aspects of her work is helping women shift their mindset. She believes that in order to achieve lasting change, women need to move away from a restrictive, scarcity-based mindset to one rooted in abundance and gratitude. "You can't hate your body into results," Bree explains. "It’s about loving yourself, appreciating your body, and fueling it with the right nutrition and movement."
This mental shift is key to her clients’ success, as they begin to see real, sustainable results that go beyond just physical transformation. Many of Bree’s clients report feeling more confident, stronger in the gym, and more at peace with their relationship with food. They no longer fear eating or worry about extreme dieting, because they’ve learned to nourish their bodies in a healthy, sustainable way.

Community Engagement
Although Bree’s business is primarily online, she’s passionate about connecting with her local community. She hosts two annual retreats for women seeking personal growth and empowerment, as well as community events such as beach walks, breakfast meetups, and meditation sessions. These events help foster a sense of connection, reminding women that they are not alone on their wellness journeys.

Looking Ahead
Exciting things are on the horizon for Bree, including her upcoming New Year’s challenge. As always, her focus will remain on helping women feel confident, empowered, and strong. She will continue to be on the education panel for Trainerize Fitness professionals and will be speaking at events and learning from other top experts in the field as she continues to educate herself on the latest wellness trends by attending industry events, earning new certifications, and staying engaged with other experts in the field.
For Bree, her work isn’t just a job—it’s a calling. “I want to help women feel empowered and take control of their health, without sacrificing the joy that life has to offer”.
