She began her academic journey in industrial engineering before following her passion for design, ultimately earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Web Design & Interactive Media from the Art Institute, graduating Cum Laude. Over the years, she has built a strong foundation in customer service and design, bringing both structure and artistry to everything she creates. After relocating to Charleston in 2015, Nina launched her first company in 2018 and, in 2025, founded Maison Indigo, while keeping her beautiful family at the center of it all.
