Stroll Magazine | Stroll Deerwood Country Club

Welcome! Let’s get to know our neighbors.

We know genuine connections with neighbors next door and business owners down the street make for a more meaningful experience. And we believe getting to know people in our community should be simple. That’s why Stroll meets you where you’re at – your mailbox.

We are grateful to serve this amazing community.

Every month, we share stories from and about different residents within our neighborhood.

See below for a few of our recent favorites.

For the Love of Dogs

At Doggo Cuts, Lucy Cruz and Justin Davila are building a family business around patience, trust and a whole lot of love for four-legged family members.

Pickleball Punch

Whether you won the match or just came for the laughs, every game deserves a refreshing toast. Inspired by a recipe from Jax Pickleball Store, we created two Deerwood favorites: The Dink and The Smash. Which one will you serve?

Walt Eisenmann

Walt and Jenn Eisenmann are the husband-and-wife team behind Stroll Deerwood. Walt serves as Managing Area Director, and Jenn is the Account Executive, but bringing the magazine to life each month is very much a shared effort.

Together, they work with Deerwood residents, local businesses, and community partners to create a publication that feels personal, connected, and truly reflective of the neighborhood.

Have a story to share, know someone we should meet, or run a great local business? Let’s grab coffee and have a conversation. We’d love to hear what you’re doing, learn more about your connection to Deerwood, and show you how you can be part of Stroll.

Advertise with Us

The magazine is very professionally presented and very highly thought of in the community. This is why we continue to advertise in it month after month. Personally, I look forward to the publication arriving in my mailbox every month. I love reading about the local businesses, my neighbors and friends, and their children and pets.

Paula G.

Resident
Not only is the magazine a fount of information about activities and social events, but it also connects us to the surrounding neighborhood and its many restaurants and businesses. Having gone through years of trying to keep residents informed through self-publishing our own newsletters with limited success, we now have a quality, informative and helpful neighborhood magazine that does it for us so much better than we ever could ourselves.

Resident
Their publication speaks directly to the demographic we target. It has been a great match and the addition of their digital efforts has only further strengthened our confidence. We would certainly recommend making the publication in your area an element of your marketing efforts!
