Single Malt White Hot Chocolate

Servings: 4 cups of hot chocolate
Ingredients:
4 cups of milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 teaspoons Dorset Maple Reserve Single Malt Aged Maple Syrup
4 oz high-quality shaved white chocolate
pinch of sea salt
1/2 oz single malt scotch whiskey for each serving
marshmallows & whipped cream for garnish
Optional Ingredient:
1/2 oz single malt scotch whiskey for each serving
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, heat the milk, vanilla, and sea salt over medium heat until the milk begins to steam, about 5 minutes. Add white chocolate and whisk until completely melted & combined. Turn off heat and add Single Malt Aged Maple Syrup, whisk to combine. If desired add scotch whiskey now and mix until incorporated.
Serving:
Garnish with whipped cream, marshmallows and an extra drizzle of Single Malt Maple Syrup on top. Serve immediately.
