Our home has been far more than a place to live—it has been a sanctuary. From the moment we first encountered it, we were captivated not only by its architectural beauty, but by the lifestyle it promised: one of elegance, comfort, and meaningful connection.

At its heart, this home seamlessly blends timeless design with modern luxury. Every space was thoughtfully envisioned to accommodate both grand entertaining and the quiet rhythms of everyday life. Yet, what truly sets it apart is the way it brings people together.

One of its most extraordinary features is the backyard, which feels nothing short of a private resort. The pool— with a pool house and slide—has been the centerpiece of countless summer memories. From vibrant barbecues to intimate evenings under the stars, this outdoor haven has created a setting where moments naturally turn into lasting memories.

After purchasing the home in 2018, we undertook a comprehensive renovation to elevate its beauty and functionality while honoring its original charm. The home was freshly painted inside out, the flooring was meticulously refinished, complemented by elegant stair runners that add warmth and sophistication. Five of the nine bathrooms were completely reimagined, each designed to evoke a spa-like experience with refined finishes and thoughtful details.

Natural light became a guiding principle in our updates. Skylights were added to the family room and several bathrooms, transforming these spaces with brightness and an enhanced sense of openness. Among the most striking changes was the complete redesign of the main staircase. Rebuilt into a graceful circular form, it now serves as a dramatic focal point, offering sweeping views from above.

Throughout the home, every light fixture was carefully curated to create a cohesive blend of modern elegance and classic character. The kitchen was fully renovated with top-of-the-line appliances and custom countertops, resulting in a space that is both highly functional and beautifully inviting—perfect for everything from family meals to sophisticated gatherings.

The exterior grounds were equally transformed.

 Thoughtfully designed landscaping introduced sculpted gradients, stone walls, and a serene, curated aesthetic. A private putting range, fruit orchard, and vegetable garden add charm and character, while cherry blossom trees lining the driveway create a breathtaking seasonal welcome. At night, moonlight landscape lighting and softly illuminated pathways enhance the property’s tranquil ambiance.

Beyond aesthetics, significant infrastructure and energy upgrades ensure that the home is as efficient as it is luxurious. Solar panels, Tesla Powerwalls, energy-efficient furnaces, and advanced water systems provide sustainability and comfort. Smart home integrations—including a Crestron lighting system and a state-of-the-art Savant A/V system—allow seamless control of lighting, sound, and entertainment 

across the home’s many spaces.

Additional enhancements—from a glass-enclosed meditation room and cedar-lined walk-in closet to heated stone bathroom floors and a custom-painted foyer ceiling, along with a PGA rated golf putting practice patch—reflect the care and intention poured into every detail.
