My name is Juan Escobar, I was born and raised in Watsonville, CA. My wife Jasmin and I moved to Hollister 16 years ago. We have been married for 17 years; we have 3 wonderful kids, 2 girls 9 & 7 and a 5-year-old boy.
Ever since I was a little boy, I’ve been drawn to be outdoors; I loved looking for insects, climbing trees, running freely in the strawberry fields. I went to Pajaro school, Watsonville High and Cabrillo College.
When I was 20, I started working as a motorcycle and car salesman for 7 years, one day I saw an ad looking for technicians for the pest control industry and I applied. I was working long hours commuting from Hollister to San Francisco and Oakland M-F. One day coming back from work, I had a car accident. Due to this accident, I lost my job. I guess things happen for a reason.
Now, after 17 years of experience in general pest control, termite inspections and rodent exclusions. I decided to open our pest control business in Dec 2022. Hollister Pest Aid.
This was the push I needed to go and make my dream a reality, having my own business, being my own boss and with the help and experience from my wife in administration and accounting and my experience in the industry we made an awesome team. After our first 10 months in business, we hired our first technician and after 2 years in business we are now a total of 6 in the Hollister Pest Aid team. 3 technicians, 2 office admins and myself.

We identify the type of extent of infestation. We have created a customizable plan to eliminate the pest. Recommend prevention to keep pest out, such repairs and monitor to usure pest don’t return.
