Dr. Abide said, “A lot of people do not realize that the way our teeth come together plays a significant role in how our smile will age. Wearing and chipping of the teeth, as well as TMJ issues, can all be a result of a person’s bite." At HDC, Dr. Rogers says, "We start addressing this with our new patients at their first visit. We even start looking at our teenagers with a focus on their bite in conjunction with their development. Our vision for a mouth is a healthy smile, and we strive for that starting at a young age through our Teen Screen program."
