J.R.'s journey to entrepreneurship began in the small town of Carlisle, Arkansas (population 2,030!), where he grew up before heading to the University of Arkansas. After earning his accounting degree in 2013 and Masters in 2014, he made the move to Tulsa to start his career at Ernst & Young. But while corporate life brought success, J.R. always felt drawn to working more directly with individuals and local businesses.

Life got even brighter when he married his beautiful wife, Hailey, on June 8, 2024, at Southern Hills Country Club. Together with their dog Memphis, they've built a life centered around family values – staying close to both sides of their families, with his in Arkansas and hers right here in Tulsa.

In April 2024, J.R. took the leap and founded T-Town Pristine Clean, spotting an opportunity to bridge the gap between high-quality cleaning professionals and local property owners seeking reliable, reasonably-priced services. What makes his business special? It's all about the people and the communication.
