E2C Cattle Co.: Raising Prime Beef and a Stronger Community in Wagoner County

In Wagoner County, where land, livestock, and legacy are deeply intertwined, E2C Cattle Co. is more than a ranch. It is a family story rooted in faith, service, and a commitment to providing exceptional beef to the local community.

The Emory family’s cattle roots in Oklahoma run deep. Chuck and Jan Emory have been raising cattle in Wagoner County since 1993, building on experience that began in Pottawatomie County in 1985. Their daughter and son-in-law officially joined the family operation in 2015 with the purchase of their first 30 commercial heifers. That step laid the foundation for what E2C Cattle Co. has become today, a thriving cow-calf, feeder, and direct-to-consumer beef operation.

Born in Norman and raised in Asher until the age of six, the next-generation owner returned to Wagoner County after purchasing land and putting down roots close to family. She and her husband Tyler brought both energy and vision to the ranch, along with a shared background of service. Tyler moved to Oklahoma from Ohio in 2014 after the two met while deployed overseas. Both are Air Force veterans. She served as a Captain and is now a registered Civil Engineer, while Tyler currently serves as a Lieutenant with the GRDA police force.

Family is central to everything they do. Together, they are raising five young children, Chance, Levi, Abigail, Leah, and Eve, while also growing multiple businesses in real estate, engineering, woodworking, and cattle. Joining the cattle operation was about more than diversifying income. It was a way to spend meaningful time together and teach their children the value of hard work, responsibility, and stewardship.

At E2C Cattle Co., the mission is simple and intentional. The family raises high-quality beef and provides local families access to prime-grade cuts without having to rely on high-end steakhouses for a great meal. Instead, neighbors can enjoy premium beef in their own homes. Every animal is raised on their Wagoner County ranch from birth through processing, ensuring care, consistency, and transparency.
Their beef is always hormone- and antibiotic-free, reflecting a deep respect for the land, the animals, and the people they serve. The family believes strongly in good stewardship of both land and livestock for the glory of God, a value that guides their business and daily lives.

For area residents, their advice is straightforward. Purchasing beef locally allows consumers to feel confident about where their food comes from and how it is raised. Buying half or whole sides of beef also ensures families have prime-grade beef readily available at home while supporting a local agricultural operation.

E2C Cattle Co. stands as a strong example of how faith, family, and community can come together to create something meaningful that nourishes both the table and the neighborhood.
