Do you have any family traditions? We have a fun family tradition called Lego Weekend. Every year around August, Kelsie's mom's brothers and sisters—along with their kids, grandkids, and even great-grandkids—gather for an entire weekend of non-stop LEGO building. With about 40-60 of us participating, we take over one main house for building all day and night, and spill over into 2-3 houses for sleeping on couches, air mattresses, pallets, and anywhere someone can find space! It's chaotic, creative, and incredibly fun—everyone from toddlers to great-grandparents build. This year will mark our 6th annual Lego Weekend.

What college/university did you attend? Kelsie went to The University of Texas at Austin and Brice went to UNT & Purdue

Where are you originally from? We both grew up in Southridge and graduated from Denton High School

How long have you lived in this neighborhood? Since April 2024

What do you like to do to relax? Old movies and whiskey for Brice; a cocktail or glass of wine with a book or TV show for Kelsie.

How are you involved in the community? Kelsie is in Ariel Club

If you have kids, what activities are they involved with? Reid attends CDO and is busy being two—no extracurriculars quite yet.

What is your favorite part about living in your neighborhood? We love how quiet and charming the neighborhood is and that every home has its own personality. One of our favorite things about our own home is the herons that regularly visit our front yard.
