Resident Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb sausage (Italian or chicken)
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Peel and cube the sweet potatoes.
- Cook the Sausage: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sausage and brown for 5-7 minutes.
- Add Sweet Potatoes: Stir in cubed sweet potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Make the Sauce: In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour over the sausage and sweet potatoes.
- Simmer: Cover and simmer for 10 minutes until sweet potatoes are tender.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
