If you've spotted two adorable pugs out enjoying a stroll around Fox Den, chances are you've met Smalls and Eloise, the beloved companions of residents Hilary and Stacey Kilgore.

Smalls, the handsome black pug, is 11 years old and has been part of the Kilgore family for the past 10 years. His personality is as relaxed as they come, he's happiest when he's curled up for a nap, especially if he can cuddle up with his favorite people.

Eloise, affectionately known as "Ellie" or "Weezy," is a 7-year-old fawn pug who joined the family as a rescue this past March. While Smalls is laid-back, Ellie takes her job as home security very seriously. In fact, she's such a dedicated watchdog that the Kilgores have had to block her access to the front bay windows to keep her from monitoring every bit of neighborhood activity!

Despite their different personalities, the pair shares one favorite pastime: exploring the neighborhood together. They especially enjoy walks around the nearby cul-de-sac, where every new scent is an adventure and every "doggy smell" deserves a thorough investigation.

Whether they're snoozing, standing guard, or taking in the sights and smells of Fox Den, Smalls and Ellie are a wonderful reminder of the joy our four-legged family members bring into our lives.
