Graze Craze of Louisville

When Lynnette and Steven Richardson decided to embark on a new adventure together, they weren't simply looking to start a business—they were looking to create something that would bring people together.

That vision became a reality with the opening of Graze Craze of Louisville, a family-owned charcuterie business that officially launched in February 2025.

The Richardsons are longtime Kentucky residents with deep roots in both Shelby and Jefferson counties. Lynnette, a Louisville native, has dedicated more than 20 years to serving the community as an EMT with Shelby County EMS. Steven, originally from Elizabethtown, spent more than three decades in the aluminum industry before deciding it was time for a new chapter. Together, they share three children and four grandchildren, making family the foundation of both their personal and professional lives.

At Graze Craze, every board tells a story. The company's mission is simple: every moment is worth celebrating. Whether it's a corporate event, wedding, baby shower, birthday party, client appreciation gift, or an intimate gathering at home, the team believes exceptional food creates meaningful connections.

Graze Craze specializes in handcrafted charcuterie boards, boxes, and grazing tables designed to impress. Their offerings range from individual servings to large-scale events serving hundreds of guests. What sets them apart is their commitment to quality and presentation. Using premium Boar's Head meats and cheeses alongside house-made hummus, dips, and jams, every creation is thoughtfully arranged by trained Grazologists to deliver both flavor and visual appeal.

As a family-owned business, the Richardsons believe their personal approach makes a difference. They focus on building relationships as much as they focus on creating beautiful spreads. That philosophy has helped them establish a loyal following throughout the Louisville area.

Community involvement is also central to their success. As active members of the Fern Creek Chamber of Commerce, they regularly participate in local events and support charitable fundraisers through donations and sponsorships.

Like many new businesses, building brand awareness presented early challenges. Introducing customers to the concept of charcuterie and establishing a presence in the community required persistence and creativity. Those efforts have paid off, with sales increasing by an impressive 60 percent year over year.

Their advice to fellow residents is straightforward: support local businesses whenever possible. When communities invest in one another, everyone benefits. By sourcing fresh produce locally and partnering with area organizations, Graze Craze is helping strengthen the local economy one beautifully crafted board at a time.
