Spotlight on Stephanie Drew
Coming from Germany to the US and finding sunny Florida was the best move for Stephanie Drew.
For Stephanie Drew, Fort Myers isn’t just where she lives—it’s home in every sense of the word. “I moved here from Europe when I was eight,” she recalled. “My grandfather had a business in Germany and opened a division in Red Bank, New Jersey, which brought our family to the U.S. After a few cold winters, my parents wanted something warmer and close to the water. That’s how we found Florida, and we’ve never looked back.”
Stephanie grew up in Fort Myers, attending Cypress Middle School, Bishop Verot High School, and later earning her degree at Florida Gulf Coast University. “This community has shaped who I am,” she said. “It’s where my roots are.”
Now, 30 years later, she still finds joy in the area’s coastal lifestyle. “What I love most about Fort Myers is that it feels like paradise every day,” she said. “We can hop on our boat, watch the sunset over the Gulf, or spend a quiet morning on the beach.” Adding to the charm, Stephanie’s husband, Jordan, is a true local—born and raised in the area, with both of their families nearby. Together, they share a love of travel and enjoy life with their two young sons, Liam and Theo.
When she’s not traveling or putting her toes in the sand, Stephanie is a Senior Financial Advisor and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA) with The Drew, Graettinger Financial Consulting Group of Wells Fargo Advisors. She helps clients gain control of their financial futures. “Money can be a source of stress,” she explains, “but with the right guidance, it becomes a tool for freedom and opportunity.” She joined her team in 2015 as the youngest and only female advisor. “I wanted to bring a fresh perspective on women and investing,” she said. Her focus includes individuals, families, and business owners, with an emphasis on financial literacy and long-term planning.
Stephanie’s professional success has been recognized nationally, earning honors such as Forbes Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisors Best-In-State (2023 & 2024) and Forbes Top Women Wealth Advisors (2025).
Outside of work, community involvement remains central to her life. “From the start of my career, I’ve focused on empowering women and improving financial literacy,” she said. She has supported organizations including Dress for Success, the Fort Myers Women’s Community Club, and the American Cancer Society, where she serves on the Cattle Baron’s Ball Committee.
“I believe in giving back,” she added. “Helping others build confidence—financially or personally—is what drives me every day.”
