Established over twenty years ago, The N2 Company has become the leading provider of specialty magazines for residents of exclusive communities across the nation. Our passion is allowing neighbors to share stories and celebrate life with one another.

 

Each magazine is unique to your neighborhood and will reflect who you are as a community, as it’s written by, and for the residents of Hackberry Creek. A typical issue will include your personal stories and photos featuring neighbors, friends, social events, key dates, real estate, and reputable business sponsor information. This neighborhood-written magazine is designed to create a more meaningful connection between neighbors, friends, and families within Hackberry Creek.

You’ll receive Stroll Hackberry Creek every month, thanks to the community support provided by our business sponsors. I’ve met with each one of them, and they are excited to meet you and earn your trust when the need to serve arises. We take pride in who we recommend and introduce to the community, ensuring that they can provide the types of services, and more importantly, the quality of service you need and want.

I’d like to personally thank all of our founding business sponsors who partnered with us to make this community-written magazine free to all residents. I'd also like to thank the many residents who contributed to the first issue. Stroll Hackberry Creek would not exist without you! 

A little about me - I grew up in San Antonio, Tx, but Dallas is my home where I have resided for the past 14 years. I'm the third youngest of 6 siblings. Over the years, I've earned two Degrees, a Bachelors in Business and a Masters in Aeronautical Science. This lead me to a commercial contract piloting and training career flying LearJets and Gulfstream G-150's. Aviation is my passion and Real Estate is my trade, as a licensed Real Estate Broker.

You'll see my amazing family in this photo: my beautiful wife, Dr. Christie Lopez, and our two gorgeous daughters, Kyra and Camila. Christie is a Dallas, Tx native where she earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic from our very own Parker University here in Dallas. You will get to know her well as she serves as our Publication Director for Stroll Hackberry Creek.

As for our interests, we're pretty simple. We love spending time with our favorite people, exercising together, traveling whenever we can, and, turning our house into an ongoing DIY adventure! We also love meeting new people, so if you see us at community events, please stop and say hi.

I’ve already enjoyed meeting so many incredible people in the Hackberry Creek neighborhood, and I am looking forward to helping you share your stories!
