Not Just a Diagnosis. We're Placing the Whole Person at the Center of Care.
Hidden Springs residents Joe and Jennifer Arzola are expanding access to compassionate, personalized mental health care throughout the Treasure Valley.

For Joe and Jennifer Arzola, mental health care is about far more than treating a diagnosis; it is about seeing the whole person.
These Hidden Springs residents own Treasure Valley Mental Health, a practice built on the belief that every individual brings unique strengths, experiences, challenges, and goals to therapy. Through compassionate, client-centered care, their team helps people recognize those strengths, develop practical skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Formally established in 2022, Treasure Valley Mental Health was founded on more than 24 years of experience in the mental health field. An Idaho native and veteran, Joe developed a deep appreciation for community, service, and supporting people through difficult circumstances. Those values helped shape a practice focused not only on relieving symptoms, but also on giving clients the confidence and tools to move forward in their lives.
“We believe clients should be active participants in their treatment, not simply recipients of services,” Joe says.
Treasure Valley Mental Health offers a broad continuum of support, including individual, couples, and family counseling; screenings and assessments; individualized treatment planning; care coordination; Community-Based Rehabilitation Services; and faith-based psychotherapy. Its providers work with clients facing concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, traumatic brain injury, grief, parenting difficulties, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
The clinic also recognizes that practical barriers outside the therapy room can affect mental health. Its team helps connect clients with community resources involving healthcare, housing, employment, and other essential needs. Services are available in person throughout the Treasure Valley and by telehealth across Idaho.
Accessibility remains one of the practice’s greatest priorities. Treasure Valley Mental Health offers a sliding-fee scale for qualifying individuals and families, helping ensure that financial hardship does not prevent someone from receiving care. The clinic is also expanding its internship and clinical training opportunities, which strengthen the behavioral health workforce while allowing counseling services to be offered at a greatly reduced rate.
As demand for mental health services continues to grow, Joe and Jennifer remain committed to expanding thoughtfully without losing the individualized approach at the heart of their work. Their vision includes growing the clinical team, broadening available services, developing strong community partnerships, and creating additional opportunities for affordable care.
Their most important message to neighbors is simple: You do not have to wait until you are in crisis, nor face life’s challenges alone.
“Seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness,” Joe says. “Small, consistent changes can often lead to significant long-term growth.”
Treasure Valley Mental Health currently has immediate appointments available for clients of all ages. Whether someone is navigating a serious mental health concern, a difficult transition, relationship struggles, or simply wants to understand themselves more fully, the team is ready to meet them where they are.
For Joe and Jennifer, success isn't measured solely by how much their practice grows, but by the lasting impact it makes: helping individuals and families build healthier, more hopeful, and more fulfilling lives.
