Hilltop resident Lane Steiner knows a thing or two about perseverance and integrity—and he’s more than just an expert in automotive repair. He’s a neighbor with a huge heart for giving back, a passion for community, and a knack for connecting people. As the Owner and Operator of Denver Dents LLC, Lane brings over 30 years of automotive repair experience to his Englewood-based shop, specializing in top-quality hail damage repairs.

Lane’s path to starting Denver Dents in 2018 was sparked by a tough lesson. After three years of training, he was subcontracting at a hailstorm repair job in Iowa when he was cheated out of $2,600. “I told myself that won’t happen again,” Lane recalls, “and I started my own company.”

Today, Denver Dents is a close-knit crew of five, united by a commitment to unmatched repair standards, genuine customer service, and doing what’s right for every client. Lane’s advice for those facing hail damage? “Whether you choose us or another shop, do your homework! Unless you have a personal relationship with your agent or adjuster, the insurance company will often send you where their best interests are served, not yours. Keep control of the claim process—it’s your vehicle.”

Originally from South Bend, Indiana, Lane and his wife Jessica have called Hilltop home since 2018, raising their two kids—Jude (14) and Eisley (12)—and two beloved dogs, Quinn, an 8-year-old shepherd mix, and Luna, a 4-year-old golden retriever. When he’s not working, you’ll find Lane fishing, golfing, cooking, camping, traveling, volunteering with Bullying Recovery Resource Center, or simply enjoying time with family and friends.
