Residents and neighborhood sponsors enjoyed food and specialty cocktails during a Stroll Historic Brookhaven event at Haven Restaurant and Bar on Wednesday, August 21. The party theme was “Stroll into Fall.”

Along with Haven favorites, including Potato Hay, shrimp cocktail, deviled eggs, and salads, attendees were treated to a coupon for one of the restaurants specialty drinks. Stroll showed their appreciation with gift certificates, flowers, bottles of wine, and a Netflix and Chill bag full of goodies. Each item was won by entering your name into a drawing.

 

“Our Stroll into Fall event was to celebrate sponsors and residents, and connect with them in person,” says Stroll Historic Brookhaven Publisher Cynthia Carns. The event was held on Haven’s patio on an unusually temperate August evening. Word of Mouth Restaurant’s Director of Operations Ron Eyester welcomed guests to the occasion.
