Building Businesses, Raising Teens, and Finding Community at Holliday Farms
With four teenagers under one roof, two bustling businesses, and a flair for fun, Jeremy Ciano and Casey Wright know how to balance family, work, and community in Holliday Farms.
This lively crew has called Holliday Farms home for just over two years, but their story spans coast to coast. Jeremy, originally from New Jersey, and Casey, a lifelong Hoosier from Center Grove, settled in Carmel before moving their family to The Farm. They were drawn to Holliday Farms for its vibrant community, from the social gatherings to the wide range of activities it offers.
Jeremy’s path was shaped by academics and athletics. After earning a Biology and Pre-Med degree from Kings College in Pennsylvania, where he was named an Academic All-American in tennis, he went on to pursue a second bachelor’s and his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2001. Today, he is the proud founder of RevolutionEYES and Little EYES, with four thriving offices across Carmel and Fishers.
Casey brings her own flair to the mix, having turned her passion into a global concept. A former Olympic-level gymnastics coach, she pivoted her passion for coaching into building The Ninja Zone, a youth fitness concept that has grown into nearly 300 operations worldwide. In 2019, her grit and creativity were recognized when she was named Entrepreneur of the Year for the entire state of Indiana. To Jeremy, Casey is both a gifted entrepreneur and the heart of their family as a loving wife and mom.
A Family of Achievers

The four kids each bring their own unique energy and talents to the household:
- Alex (19): Known for joking that he ‘turned 30 early,’ this quintessential firstborn has been mature beyond his years from a young age. He is now pursuing entrepreneurship at High Point University in North Carolina.
- Bella (18): Also at High Point University, she recently checked off her 50th state when the family visited Hawaii. She joins her father and grandmother as the third generation to have traveled to all 50 states.
- Scarlet (15): A freshman at Zionsville High School. She loves all things ZHS Eagles and is also a dedicated ballerina. You can find her every holiday season performing in the Nutcracker at the Palladium.
- Leo (13): A seventh grader at Acton Academy who thrives behind the drum kit and enjoys writing screenplays. He also loves help leading the annual Indy Children’s Business Fair with his school.
Furry Friends and Favorite Pastimes
The Ciano household also includes two Bernadoodles. Dublin loves hugs and nonstop playtime, while Zuri prefers to keep a low profile and channels her inner cat.

As for the humans, family life is never dull. Jeremy and Casey have taken up pickleball and “social golf” while cheering on their kids’ many pursuits. Their calendar is filled with a mix of hosting neighborhood parties, traveling, and enjoying time with their ever-growing circle of friends.
Food, Friends, and Festivities
Holidays and special occasions are where this family shines. They are known for their annual Halloween party in the neighborhood, and their Thanksgiving tradition is a three-night affair with anywhere from 20 to 40 guests. Dinner begins with lasagna as an “appetizer” before the feast unfolds. Christmas, meanwhile, is a month-long extravaganza full of cooking, pasta making, and even tossing pasta inside a giant parmesan wheel.

Foodies at heart, they love exploring local flavors and often head to Verde or Convivio for a great meal, a welcoming atmosphere, and, of course, a margarita or a glass of wine.
Building Community Spirit
For Jeremy and Casey, community is about connection. Whether it is hosting summer pool gatherings, welcoming their kids’ groups of friends, or joining pickleball and tennis matches, they are happiest surrounded by people. “Nothing makes me happier than firing up the grill for a pool full of teens and watching them devour it all,” Jeremy shares.

One of their favorite neighborhood traditions is renting a party bus each holiday season to admire Christmas lights with friends and family. It is the perfect mix of cheer, laughter, and togetherness.
When asked what they love most about Holliday Farms, the answer is simple: the people. “It is an incredible blessing to meet so many like-minded neighbors who find life fun, exciting, and positive,” Jeremy says. “The cup is always half full here.”
Between four busy teens, two thriving careers, and countless traditions, they’ve found Holliday Farms to be the perfect backdrop for building roots, making memories, and celebrating community. And if you don’t know this family yet, chances are you will before long.
