What made you decide to make your home your pet's forever home?
One year prior I had lost my four-year-old goldendoodle MallieJo and I wanted a perfect match replacement! I had been following and waiting on a breeder and one day the call came through and we were able to go get her!
How did your pet get his/her name?
I wanted to name her MallieJo, like my prior dog that I loved so much, but the kids wanted to give her a new name. We went through list after list, and finally the family agreed on TillieGrace.
Since my daughter Kate lives in Charleston and went to school in Auburn, Alabama she had a love for the compound names that are so common in the south!

Does your pet have any favorite toys, places to sleep, visit, etc?
TillieGrace loves to swim! She loves her football or any toys we can throw in the water and she can swim out to retrieve!
Tell us something quirky or funny that your pet does:
She loves to lie on her back with all four legs up in the air, waiting for her next belly rub! She is such a cuddler!
How has having your pet made your life better?
TillieGrace always gives us joy to come home to her. She loves golf cart rides, walks- just being near her makes you happy,
