Meet Finley

Tommy Teays: Hello, Finley, you are an adorable girl. I just love Mini Goldendoodle pups.
Finley: Thanks, Tommy, I am almost 18 weeks old and loving life with The Johnson Family.

TT: Can you tell me how you came to live with Eric, Jodi, Tate, Zane, and Claire?
Finley: Yes, I think I can.

TT: Go right ahead.
Finley: Oh, you mean now! I came from Whispering Ridge Goldendoodles here in Hurricane and my wonderful breeder, Kilo Lucas. I recommend her to anyone looking for a Goldendoodle. Anyway, Tate and Zane had been asking for a puppy for about three years, and, well, Eric and Jodi finally gave in, so here I am!

TT: Is there a story concerning your name?
Finley: Well, not so much my first name as my middle name, Ruth. I was part of the “candy bar” litter at Whispering Ridge, and my name was Baby Ruth.

TT: So, how has your transition been to the Johnson's home?
Finley: Trans-what-now?  If you mean, how am I getting along, it has been fantastic. I have been a little angel from the get-go. I love my crate and never whine at night, which I'm told is impressive. I am even learning some tricks.

TT: I am told you enjoy doing zoomies.
Finley: So much fun! I do some zoomies every evening. I spin in circles at a lightning-fast speed. The kids have a ball watching and laughing, especially when I slide on the hardwood floor.

TT: Jodi tells me you may already be a bit spoiled.
Finley: I don't know about that, but I am the queen of the house. I have a ton of toys and get heaps of attention, but spoiled? Please.

TT: I can tell you have a sweet disposition.
Finley: You just love those big words, Tommy. Yes, I love my life here and my family. I get SO excited when they come home, and my tail is always wagging.

TT: Is there anything else you would like to share with our readers?
Finley: I am just learning how to share, but I can say I am so happy to be in a loving home where I can help put smiles on the faces of my family every day. I am excited to continue growing and learning new things.
TT: You have certainly put a smile on my face. A pleasure to have met you, Finley.
