Resident Greg Poore started selling real estate in 1997 after working as an assistant golf pro at Lost Tree Club and Palm Beach Polo. During his time at Lost Tree he met Jack Nicklaus and his family. The Nicklaus family recruited Greg and his wife Sue to team up with them at NV Realty Group. 

Sue was one of the original real estate agents that Ibis hired in the early 90's. She helped sell hundreds of homes for the developer and then transitioned to the resale office in the early 2000's at The Shoppes at Ibis where she launched the rental program and assisted with many resales. Over the past decade, Greg has been the #1 top producing agent multiple times for the company that has close to 180 agents. In addition to Greg serving on the board of directors for Ibis Charities, they have both given back to the community through supporting a charity for kids with cancer at St Mary's Hospital, cooking for the homeless at St George's in Riviera Beach and donating to Nicklaus Children's Healthcare Foundation.

Greg and Sue have lived in Ibis since 1999 and it's where they raised their children, Gregory and Jessica. It was a special place to raise their kids who have gone out to forge their own lives. Gregory is a medical student at Northwestern University and has done extensive research in cancer diagnostics. In 2022 Forbes Magazine named him to their Top 30 Under 30 in Healthcare. Jessica's love for drawing and interior design drew her to a career in architecture. She earned her Masters Degree from The University of Manchester in the UK and is now working with Peacock and Lewis specializing in designs for country clubs and resorts.
