Guiding Root-Cause Healing for Chronic Disease & Cancer
Where Science Meets Intuition
Leah Reynolds has called Salem home for nearly six years, but her story of resilience began long before that. A wife of 32 years, mother of three, and proud grandmother, Leah brings joy to everyday life — whether she’s hiking waterfalls, exploring estate sales, dancing in the kitchen, or belting out karaoke. That vibrant energy isn’t accidental. It’s the result of a deeply personal healing journey.
More than a decade ago, Leah faced both cancer and congestive heart failure. While conventional medicine provided critical support, she knew there were missing pieces.
“Conventional medicine gave me pieces of the puzzle,” Leah shares. “But it was through nutrition, detoxification, emotional healing, and addressing root causes that I truly rebuilt my health and reclaimed my life.”
That experience became the foundation for Mind Your Health Wellness, a practice dedicated to guiding others out of survival mode and into sustainable, vibrant health.
A Root-Cause Approach to Healing
Mind Your Health Wellness focuses on identifying and addressing the underlying causes of chronic disease and imbalance rather than simply managing symptoms. Leah blends functional nutrition with trauma-informed emotional healing — where science meets intuition.
Her services include:
• Guiding root-cause healing for chronic disease and cancer
• Body Typing to personalize digestive and metabolic support
• Functional Nutrition strategies tailored to the individual
• A structured 15-Step Healing Framework
• EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Matrix Reimprinting for trauma resolution and emotional regulation

Leah has recently added Body Typing to her work — a powerful system that evaluates physical structure to determine what digestive support a body truly needs. This approach removes guesswork and aligns nutrition with a client’s physiology, dramatically improving nutrient absorption, metabolism, hormone balance, and sustainable weight loss.
“It stops working against your body and starts working with it,” Leah explains.
For clients, this often means improved energy, balanced hormones, better digestion, and a renewed sense of clarity and control over their health.
A Heart for Community
Leah believes wellness should be accessible — not a luxury. She works to keep her services affordable for lower-income clients and remains active in supporting local initiatives.
As a Regional Coordinator for Foresters Financial, she helps host events that benefit organizations such as Women at the Well, Grace House, Hope Pregnancy Center, and Salem for Refugees. She also recently led a book club featuring bestselling author Anita Moorjani, creating space for education, empowerment, and connection.
Her work reflects a belief that healing extends beyond the individual — it strengthens families and communities.
Growth Through Challenge
Like many small businesses, Leah navigated significant shifts during COVID, pivoting toward virtual services and expanding her reach beyond the local area. Rather than slowing her mission, the transition allowed her to serve more clients and refine her systems.
Looking ahead, Leah is:
• Developing a corporate wellness program to support employee health and resilience
• Partnering with schools and local businesses to bring holistic health education into the community
• Contributing to an international health and wellness app based in Hong Kong

Her long-term vision is simple but powerful: empower people to understand their bodies deeply and heal from the inside out.
Advice for Illahe Residents
Leah encourages residents to listen to their bodies rather than ignore subtle signals.
“Symptoms are not random,” she says. “They’re messages. When you learn to interpret them correctly and support your body’s design, healing becomes possible.”
Her approach invites individuals to step into partnership with their health — thoughtfully, intentionally, and with the right tools.
