Raising the Bar on Temporary Restrooms

Isle of Hope resident Ross Waters knows Savannah well. Born and raised locally, he graduated from Benedictine Military School and Armstrong before putting down roots on Isle of Hope in 2017. He and his wife, Hayley, are raising their two children, Mills and June, alongside their golden retrievers, Gus and Dolly.

Waters is the co-owner of Restroom Trailer Solutions, a business bringing a polished approach to an often-overlooked necessity. With more than 20 years of experience operating in South Carolina and North Carolina, the company has recently expanded into Georgia from its Savannah base. The business specializes in renting restroom and shower trailers for a wide range of needs, from backyard gatherings and black-tie weddings to commercial renovations, concerts, and emergency plumbing situations.

What sets Restroom Trailer Solutions apart is its emphasis on quality and preparedness. Each trailer is fully equipped with running water, flushing porcelain toilets, sinks, and air conditioning—far from the standard portable restroom. Waters and his team are committed to keeping their fleet in top condition, regularly upgrading equipment and drawing on decades of hands-on industry experience to anticipate challenges before they arise.

The company is family-run, with Waters working alongside his brother and business partner, Emerson Waters, as well as other family members. After purchasing a franchise in 2006, the brothers chose to go independent in 2025, allowing them to operate with greater flexibility as they expand across Georgia and into North Florida when the right opportunity arises.

Waters encourages residents planning events or projects to ask questions and prioritize experience. “These aren’t standard porta-potties,” he said. “Expertise matters when it comes to getting the right setup.”
