Helping others has always been at the heart of Jarad Brown’s career. A Savannah native and Georgia Southern University graduate, Jarad first served his community as a firefighter with Southside Fire. That spirit of service later found a new outlet in the mortgage industry, where he now works as a senior loan officer at New American Funding.

Born and raised in Savannah, Jarad is now raising his two children—Miles and Anabelle, affectionately known as Lulu—both students at St. James Catholic School. He’s a proud supporter of local institutions like the Isle of Hope pool, Jenkins Athletic Club, and athletic programs at both St. James and Benedictine, as well as a committed fundraiser for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
